Having donnie on your web platform is a huge spike in activity.

CNN for example had some of it's best numbers ever when it was bashing trump during his presidency.

There are people who would only go on twitter to check donnies tweets, whether they hated him or liked him.

I think it's just one of his branding deals. I don't think he owns much if any of Truth Social. Edit: I could be wrong. Like I said I can't really find anything.
