it's a fairly serious crime to cross the border with a hand gun. when my grandfather gifted me a hand gun he had to ship it to a dealer in Wisconsin, then i had to undergo a background check to take possession. but any rifle/shotgun i can drive right across the border no problem with. shocker that criminals would dare flout the laws, just shocking.
