*Ordering* the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas.
Uh... good?
Dresden was bombed at the bequest of the Russians to aid their advance.
In the context of allied bombing raids over Germany, when looked at objectively, are not synonymous with war crimes.
As for Churchill ordering indiscriminate bombing. That is just a falsehood.

he advocated the use of poison gas, not against humans generally in war, but specifically only to be used against "uncivilized tribes". so basically he created a class of humans it was ok, and by proxy not ok, to use poison gas on.
he purposely exported rice from India during their independence war to starve the populace into submission, an estimated 3 million died from the famine he created.
sent in jackboots to Ireland to violently oppress the people there and even advocated using air power against them to suppress independence pushes.
Agreed that the suppression of Irish republicans was atrocious and led to atrocities on behalf of the British army.
As for purposely starving the population of India, that is not simply not accurate.
No doubt by todays standards, Churchill was a POS. Not however, a war criminal.
