If you want to play the who broke precedent first, Trump literally broke was the first president in the history of the republic not to partake in the peaceful transfer of power. He left the WH kicking and screaming after his supporters bumrushed the capital building trying to keep him in office. He's still crying about it over on truthsocial demanding reinstatement.
Trump left on schedule, Obama spent his last few months in office organizing an FBI conspiracy against his successor after spying on his campaign
Trump telling a rancorous mob to go home in peace doesn't quite have the same 'kicking and screaming' vibe you were going for
also nobody really remembers it anymore but Obama's lame duck period had him shooting off numerous spiteful measures just to trip up the first few months of Trump's presidency, a bunch of last minute geopolitical flaps and regulations and declarations that Obama wasn't willing to do when a democrat was in office and knew Trump would undo, designed just to be as bitter as possible about his loss. The bear ears monument, regulations on refrigerants, ending the us veto on the un condemning israeli settlements, giving federal funding to planned parenthood, etc etc, it was a real series of them. Instead of the gracious turnover of power, it was leaving an unflushed turd in toilet
