It is a super simple way to point out whether or not your "argument" is valid or not. You do as I asked, and you'll have debunked every shred of criticism I had against your point.
If you want your only retort to be about feelings (because apparently pointing out deflection is a sign of having one's feelings hurt), then sure, go that route, but I'm pretty sure you know as well as I do that this doesn't exactly help your case.
