I predict that the FBI had been watching this shooter for months. I also predict that the shooter will claim that leading up to the shooting he was being harassed by voices in his head.

It's like that with most shooters.

If it was a government plot they'd just kill him so he can't reveal it after facing multiple life sentences. The kid was too bitch to pull the trigger to blow his own head off, you don't think he'd rat out the government to save some prison time?

That part of the city is overwhelmingly black so I’d wager the guy was targeting blacks.
