Why do you wish I lived in Phoenix?

So I could confront your dumbass in person and watch you buckle.

Go back to your mylittlepony porn. Don't vote.

I see, so you are unable to discuss your point and would like to resort to intimidation, and threats of violence... ironically a crime, for which you wish to crusade against.

I travel a lot, happy to roll with you at a gym.

Where do you live?

You support the rape and murder of women. We are not the same.

Quite the slippery slope. I support "innocent until proven guilty' which you've taken to mean I support violent crime, of which you are inferring/threating me with. You are a child struggling to grasp mature subjects and I invite you to do a little exploration on your own. When you get there, we will be right here waiting for you.

Innocent isn’t committing rape on camera in public in broad daylight. That’s what I linked you and you still argue it isn’t real. I’m done.

Craft whatever uppity snarky comment you want.

You need to go back and re-read the thread my dude. I never said anything wasn't real. I said you keep misusing the word arrested. You've been long done in this thread for quite awhile.

You might want to look up the definition of "arrest".

In the United States, we tend to be proud of the cornerstone of our legal system which is "innocent until proven guilty", unless you think the founding fathers and most of society are wrong on that..

Obviously you're new to tickets and citations which are not innocent until proven guilty. It's ok show every1 here how inept & out of touch w/ reality you really are.

Here in the US the police actively crap on the constitution via patriot act protocols, baker acts, and various other "emergency" protocols simply by following orders or because they got a magical phone call to detain people who are in fact guilty until proven innocent.

Go grab your nearest ticket from the glove box and let me know what it says on the back :) you have every right and entitlement to appear in court to decide the fate of your ticket.

Everything you've cited in the second sentence is why you are innocent until proven guilty.

Every right = obligation which equates to impending guilt
If you have to waste your time and or prepare for a hearing to disprove a claim(s), that is infact guilty until proven innocent, kiddo.
If you don't show up you are found guilty, how can they prove guilt if you didn't appear?

It's very simple, they have the power to do whatever they want, you have to defend yourself usually by not making it worth their time to pursue or charge.

It's not hard to use your frontal lobe, try it sometime. Might = right, that's reality you're not living in it apparently.

You are allowed to have a lawyer represent you in your absence. My attorney handles all my tickets, I have not been to court as a defendant in my entire life. We can debate the semantics, but you are inferring the incorrect element regarding this. Regardless of the burden of attending court, you still have the opportunity to face your accusers and have the court decide guilt.
