After watching it I'm not 100% sure the officer fired the taser in either discharge, maybe I missed another camera angle but they were grappling over it when it was first on camera in the shitty angle, not clear who fired or aimed it. Probably the officer, but he might have just pulled it out and attempted to use it and gotten into a struggle over it immediately. Like the Ahmaud Arbery scenario where he was holding the gun as it fired.

I think there are some good family guy versions of this but i watched this video before as well.

The guy died by misadventure.
