It could be. It really depends on the context and how you're defining "black culture." On the other hand, "white culture" has a very specific definition and it encompasses the negative aspects of white people i.e. trailer trash, libtards, karens, participation trophies, etc. The positive cultural aspects that white people practice typically fall under a cultural umbrella i.e. Italian-American or just "American." What I'm trying to say is that "black culture" is an all encompassing term that takes both the good and the bad whereas "white culture" is strictly pejorative so that white people can be better. When people say, "white culture," it's a form of constructive criticism and often satirical.

I'm not sure how that's relevant to today's discussion but yes, we did fail to meet expectations. America was one of the last Western countries to abolish slavery.
