Believe it or not, but parents putting things into context doesn't stop because schools introduce or teach subjects.

People have this weird idea that just because something is taught in schools it doesn't mean parents don't still have massively more influence over their children's learning.

You set up an in-group that opposes another group, and that group just interacts with each other and talks about how evil the other group is.

What is frustrating to parents is that they need to contend with their kids after theyve been taught some of these topics. If you think after discussing a confusing topic with my child, only for them to be taught the same lesson the next day means I have more massively more influence, you underestimate the influence of group think.

I think you don't understand what group think is. A child is much more susceptible to group think from their family and church than they are at school.

Oh no. Parents have to content with their kids having a basic understand of what the word gay means. Whatever will they do? Maybe be parents for once. I know that's a tall order for most of America, actually having to be parents instead of letting their kids be raised by the internet.
