Except I am not insulting you. I am appraising you as a human being. And the conclusion I get is that you are beneath me. I can prove it, too. You don't place value on pursuing truth and you think in an egotistical way. I actually am saddened by people who delude themselves and are deluded by others. It is a tragedy that so many are so ignorant. The world entire is drowning in stupidity. If I could think of a way to fix it, I wouldn't be here I'd be fixing it.

I do believe debate can occasionally find truth. I've found quite a bit in the last 20 odd years debating. I was once a full fledged socialist. Debate with some intelligent capitalists opened my eyes to the reality that neither can exist without the other.
But it is rare. And it never happens when someone starts attacking the person instead of the argument as you have. Once that happens, I know there's no truth to be found. That leaves only victory vs defeat.

I'd say excessive and unregulated capitalism is the problem, not capitalism alone. Capitalism is just an economic system that all life uses naturally.

I recognize the remainder as biblical in origin but I haven't read it in a very long time and disagree with its premise so I'm not able to comment further. I also have to say I'm not a fan. Terrible writing. The catholics should really consider a rewrite. Maybe get GRRM or RA Salvatore or Tim Zahn to do it. Writing has come a long way in the last few hundred years.
