There was one rando post on twitter saying that Russia was destroying a bunch of Bio-laboratories on the Ukraine border similar to the ones that the NIH funded in China. Impossible to prove, but it would fit the narrative given what we've heard about the NIH so far.

The post was actually really high quality though. It cited a bunch of articles back a few years.
