You sound dumb af

He sounds immature and like someone new to the work force.

"Only weak people seek benefits at work". He's a badass I guess.

Or a happy slave. Or he hates his wife and uses work to get away from his shit home life. I had a sergeant like that in the army never wanted to let us leave the motorpool because it meant going home.

And what's home for a incel? Probably what's at the root of this, envy.

Why the hell else would anyone work hard enough to pay yourself and several more hours a day to create excess value for someone else to live off of while not trying to get more out of that?

Dumb enough to be your boss. At the very least be willing to elaborate in constructive manner. Or you just hurl insults like a monkey?

How is that for elaborating in a constructive manner?

Rofl that's what you are saying from your Majesty shitmulti, I personally know the difficulties, especially in France, thus it's still possible to go through but requires alot of work simply to understand all possible helps for new businesses, but some are simply opening it in Dubai ....

Do not forget the "sleepless nights" because this was the main point of my previous post: you have young moms or fathers who are much more used to go with a securized work contract than going wild and starting their own business.

you dont know shit as you clearly havent even worked a regular job, being a 15th semester sociology shitposter is not a job frenchie

there are so many great business owners out there, who are both successful and have a nice family

sure its not easy, especially when you start, but its still better than working a 9 to 5 that you hate

i will give you one thing though, the bureaucracy in places like france or germany is beyond insufferable

thats why i run things through panama right now ^_^

Met a couple with 33 years old mother with a 1 year old boy and the father who had a job which was already unstable (Movies editor)
This woman was definitely looking for a securized contract (Communication) which is completely understandable.

Uber obtuse points of view like "buh but no one should complain, anyone can have a business, end of story u bad" is total no-sense here.

Having time for yourself isn't needed ?
Sorry im not a modern day slave like you are.
My life does not revolve around me living at my job 365 days 8 hours a day.

I have 5 weeks of vacation so they get a minimum of 330 days not counting days ill call out on either or dear god (covid leave lmao)

If you like working and having no outside life that's on you, But don't be condescending about your decisions.

I am a private contractor, I decide my holidays and how much and the days I don't work I get zilch. It's simple. I am fortunate to live where people go for a holiday so I get to enjoy plenty of relaxation. Love my job aswell and happy to work on holidays. So forgive me when people complain about having to get paid while not working that whole concept is foreign to me. I could perhaps understand if you were a doctor or a consultant who is on call and needs to be available.

Strange concept regardless, why don't people negotiate to get paid more up front? And if they worked x amount of hours they receive a bonus.

It just sounds like the slaves complaining about their wages again. When I had a 9-5 job after college I couldn't care less about paid leave I was lucky getting paid and learning opportunities it provided.

PTO is a stop gap to not getting fired for getting sick or having life emergencies for most.

Web services now, i do whatever i want as quantity of work. What i regret the most as employee is that i no longer spend enough time in a structure to know it as well like i did before*, as an employee.
