If you really think the two of them compare, you haven't the slightest clue what either one of them were (are) made of.

Au contraire, mon ami. Psychiatry can do a great deal for individuals with personality disorder. The only thing keeping the field from making progress is that it always has to begin with admitting that there is a problem in the first place, and that is often the key issue.
As soon as an individual admits to the possibility of there being a problem, help is readily available and is also effective!

My method, as soon as I suspect it is the case, is the old "has anybody ever talked to you about borderline personality disorder before?". Being in acute psych stabilization we see mostly BPD, NPD, ASPD. Someone like TIStuff wouldn't make it in unless he really hurt himself or someone else. Even if voices were telling him to tell us all the stupid shit he is saying. But they aren't, even without paying attention to him his posts have enough organization to suggest that he isn't psychotic, and his posting is so consistent that I can just caulk it up to a persistent way in which he interacts and experiences with world. I would be really surprised if he could actually keep a job or maintain economic self-sufficiency. I bet he has urine in pop bottles in his room at someone's house and due to an very external locus of control it is the fault of all these outside nebulous forces that his life sucks. He could be bipolar and hypomanic all the time like me, which would at least keep him content in his neckbeard nest and stop him from shooting up a school because of mask mandates or w/e.
