If you consider anything in my post to be racist, you're probably a racist. A mentally healthy person of relatively modest intellectual means would find it pretty easy to piece together why a conservative voter would not want Scalia, a generational conservative talent, replaced by a Democratic president of the opposite ideological persuasion.



I'm not the one calling Merrick Garland evil. You can disagree with someone's politics, or consider Garland beneath the dignity of the Supreme Court, without creating a binary world of good heroes and evil villains.
