top 7 pages of google results only have articles that talk about the sentencing, I couldn't find one that explained the crimes. Anyone have a link to the pertinent facts of the case? It's tough to develop an opinion without them

Already asked. Only current response is that this is evidence of "white culture".

The actual facts of the case? Post a source. Google isn't being helpful. You seem to know, give us a hand, so we can judge for ourselves.

I'll be the first to say: I don't support rape. But Statutory Rape, we can have a discussion. A consenting 14 year old and 17 year old is a very arguable thing, no?

So let's determine what the true charges are. Both are "rape". And they're different. Given that the Defendant was apparently a minor at the time, I'm concerned that there's a rush to judgement.

In the American justice system, the presumption is innocence. Given I'm American, I want the facts that allow me to see it otherwise. Is that fair?

You aren't actually interested in the facts or you would be finding them yourself.

Strange statement. I stated at the start I'm not familiar with the case. This case was not brought up by me. Those, such as yourself, who rushed to judgement? Failed to provide any actual facts on the case.

"It's your job to disprove my opinion!" I mean, not really. I can't form an opinion at all in this case, because I do not have the requisite information. As it stands, based on your refusal to provide facts you claim to know, I can only assume you lie.

Holy shit, IF IT WAS STATUTORY RAPE THAT WOULD BE THE CHARGE, and the consenting victim would not have ran to the bathroom to vomit when he got off.

Rape and statutory rape are NOT the same charge, they are completely different.
He plead guilty to four charges of rape."
And no 17 and 14 is not arguable, that's still disgusting.

That is false. "Statutory Rape" is only rape because it's statute. Both show up as "Rape" in the charges.

You're truly ignorant to the American judicial system, aren't you?

Why are you lying again?
Statutory rape generally would show up as unlawful sex with a minor, sexual battery, or sexual assault. rape is a different charge that involves sex through physical force or threats.
