This is absolutely not an attack and I am asking because I am genuinely curious... do we have record of any atheist-against-religion/religious motivated terrorist attacks in history?

The apparent trending theory now is that the vehicle was being used by escaping suspects involved in a stabbing, who fled the scene, saw the police blockade and decided to plow through it, then saw the crowd blocking their escape and decided to plow through them too. So basically people were first speculating that it was arabs committing jihad with a political motive, now they're thinking its black people committing {}

Any attack that is not religiously motivated is done in the name of atheism IMO.
