Because there's more bullshit out there than fact in the world. Imagine how dumb you would be if you believed everything that you saw on the internet. You should assume something is bullshit unless they have evidence to back it up. Heavy assertions require a lot of evidence and I don't think that's a controversial statement. If you read the discussion I had with Endless, you'd see that we had a very reasonable discussion.
