Trudeau is ass bro He is supposed to be a Liberal why is he trying to Suck USAs dick over a pipeline.

Im fuckin Glad Biden told Tudeau to fuck himself tbh the Pipeline is bad news fuck oil are you dumb its fucking killing us all.

Oil powers your nation's transportation system, and it and it's biproducts are prevalent in every aspect of your life.

The bottom line with the pipeline? If the pipeline gets shut down, then an extremely low cost method of transportation of the oil that's the safest, lowest emission, and cleanest method of transport is gone. Result? Canada ends up having to pay the cost to transport the oil to Texas to be refined. That results in billions per year, with Canada on the hook every time a train derails or a tanker spills.

As it stands right now, with the pipeline, it's a win win win. You gain a high sales price on your oil at no transportation cost. We buy and refine the oil, and sell back some of the refined product at a significant discount (enough to prevent Canada from needed to depend on China, Europe, or the Middle East for any form of petroleum product), and all's well.

I mean, I guess if you like high emissions rail, trucking, and tankers to transport your oil rather than pipelines that're nearly emission-free (the pumping mechanism and power it requires is about it), your faux outrage about oil "killing us" doesn't really make sense, right?

Eh? You're using a computer hooked up to a power grid that utilizes burning coal to operate. You aren't qualified to clean up shit, nor do you have the faintest idea what the fuck you're talking about.

Frankly, Biden's doing the US a favor while ass raping Canada, and you seem to be agreeing with Biden. All the refined fuel that's going to be required to transport the crude will be sold to Canadian shipping companies by the US. Due to higher costs associated with purchasing your crude thanks to transportation costs, we'll also jack the price of refined fuels and other oil-based products we sell to you up, and given we're not only your #1 supplier, but would have to double our prices before we were even "market competitive" you'll feel the crunch long before you can threaten to "do business elsewhere".

Biden's planning on bending you over and fucking you sideways, and you're cheering it on. For what? A higher emissions, higher cost, far more environmentally dangerous solution that is comparable to 1950's tech?

You're so edgy, bro.

No Southern Ontario doesnt use Coal

The generators deliver the electricity they generate at hydroelectric, natural gas, wind, solar and nuclear facilities to businesses and people across Ontario

Coal is only 7% of Canada electricity generation and that number is looking to drop to 0 by 2030 as part of new regulations from 2018

New regulations. In December 2018, Canada announced regulations to phase-out traditional coal-fired electricity by 2030 as well as greenhouse gas regulations for natural gas-fired electricity

Don't forget its only your Repub propaganda that makes you think Coal is good and the rest of the world is way ahead of you plebs.

7% of Ontario's power consumption is coal generated. That's slightly better than the 7.4% overall number that is coal-generated.

The bottom line here? The pipeline was a master plan on Canada's part. You'd be able to cut your Crude prices to a point where nobody in the world would or could provide cheaper crude to US refineries. In return, the US would be able to further cut our refined fuel and biproduct prices to something lower than anyone else could even dream. Indeed, the US could even potentially cap some of our more risk-prone wells, and do the environment a huge favor.

Instead, Canada, who has seen a growing advantage on export/import on oil with the US that's heavily in favor of Canada, because you don't need anything close to what you're selling us back, is risking falling back into the category of, "Nah, we'll buy it from OPEC, the Saudis, and Venezuela."

There is much to gain

Canada is a first world Country focusing on natural resources for the economy is simply bad business. We need our govt to invest more in manufacturing and export subsidies instead of Dinosaur rot.
