It certainly sounds like it. There are separate reports that European governments are refusing to meet with the Trump administration. Taken in conjunction with this report, and it would certainly seem that Biden has supplanted the present administration as the president-elect.

I'm not sure we're going to have transcripts, of course, unless the FBI has been instructed to monitor the Biden transition team.


Other governments not meeting with Trump isn't surprising. We had our capitol raided, Trump has actively worked to alienate our allies, he's out in a few days, etc. etc.

I'm not convinced in the slightest that Biden had anything to do with that unless there's specific evidence.

i thought all along that Flynn's logan violation was far less problematic than his perjury. i find it odd u think perjury against the DOJ is immaterial, but essentially procedural rules are.

There's also this, he was convicted of lying to the FBI during I think two ongoing investigations, one of which was happening for like 2 years prior to his involvement with Trump.

Really it's just that Flynn is involved with Trump, so Bogie will give him the benefit of the doubt.

its simple math, if 2 kids steal from the cookie jar and one lies about it you punish the liar more harshly.

perjury is never immaterial, even when the infraction is the same.
