It's just that the dropoff in turnout from the general seems to be even smaller in Dem-leaning areas, giving Dems a slight turnout advantage compared to the November election. But keep in mind that Republicans had a lead in both Senate elections in November, so the Dem candidates do have to make up some ground to win.

Yup. Also, to quote fender: "she's a really dumb bimbo". And she's a shameless gold-digger, married to a guy who looks like gollum but has a net worth of $500m and funded her foray into politics. Also, this guy she's married to is literally the chairman of the NYSE.
Like I said: she's super swampy and just a weak candidate all-around.

God damn this is going to be CLOSE. The early votes are all counted, and the dems aren't way ahead, so you'd think they're done. However, there are still tons of votes to count in DeKalb and Chatham and other big population/big democrat areas.

Gonna be really, really close. I think both republicans pull off the wins, but it'll be tight.

People do not realize how critically important this election is. This election decides if we get a useless congress where each side blocks the other, or if the democrats (for better or worse) will just crank out whatever they want to do.

They cannot crank out all that much unless they nuke the filibuster once and for all - and it's really doubtful that folks like Manchin/Sinema/Kelly or even Warnock might be willing to go for that. (Keep in mind that Warnock and Kelly are up for reelection again in 2022!)
