Why shouldn't the dead be allowed to cast votes? The voices of black and brown people was stolen by white supremacists for centuries of American history and colonialism. Every person who was oppressed in life and never given the vote they deserve, should be given their vote in death. A fair compromise would be a 60 year window of casting a ballot, each decedent having their vote assigned by a panel of sociologists, historians and voting rights advocates who would determine what would best represent the interests of the dead. Furthermore, on top of those millions, 300,000 additional votes should be cast for the next 60 years to account for the lives stolen by Donald Trump's criminal bioterrorist genocide against Americans.
