I would like to see any economic argument for republicans that isn't full of fallacies and cognitive distortions, or historical revisionism.

He walked the negotiation ending back literally the next day. Then twitted like a mad man that he would sign airline+1200 check like a bunch of times.

How did that subsequent course of events get lost in your analysis?

That Pelosi would hesitate to go in to negotions with somebody whose medically unstable and acting very erratically?

We are waiting for him to become psychiatrically stable first.

Trump probly doesn't quite remember those few days clearly.

Actions had consequences. Now is trying to renegotiate because he knows he fucked up.

She could literally help Americans by just sending those stand alone things. There would be no need for a negotiation because he repeatedly saidhe’d sign that.

I support another round of stimulus for Americans for 1200 as well as some help for airlines. Trump wants that, fair amount of republicans want it.

Why is Pelosi holding this help hostage unless she gets Santa’s wish list worth nearly 1 trillion dollars in various type of pork she included in her bill?

They aren’t putting a real package up because they don’t want Trump to take credit for helping the American people before an election which we know he would. So basically putting in there a bunch of dumb shit like teachers funding, non covid related city/state funding that republicans wouldn’t go for.

This relief bill could of happened in August. Kind of a shame democrats want to tie in a bunch of bullshit just so they can point the finger at republicans before an election. Peak political scumbagery really.
