Red Bull is great, back on your taco coke: I'm curious if concentration is constant.

You know what else contains trypsin inhibitors? Anything with blood. Serum is how we quench trypsin when splitting cells in the lab.

"Contains trypsin inhibitors" doesn't mean undigestable.

Again, do you ever get tired of saying things that can be proven wrong with a simple google search

Youre wrong. You can condescend and use whatever website you want but soy isnt a health food.

The oxalates leech minerals and the phytoestrogens have difficult to trace effects.

Bodybuilders dont use soy protein for a reason.

Fun fact, at my local Taco Johns the size medium soda = 2 size larges from Scotland.

I have had to remodel a few restaurants.. If you saw the syrup/sugar residue in the fountain drink lines you would think.
"hmm large scale to what people's arteries look like just prior to heart attack.." they are usually 1/2-3/4 clogged with thick runny paste..

I drink tap water, coffee and tea. Milk for smoothies.

That's 100% of my drink consumption unless I'm traveling in which case I'll have beers or rye.

I watch people here everyday put multiple coffee mate scoops into their coffee. The stuff is horrible for you. They chug that down followed by a few daily cokes, pack of cigarettes and some hard liquor to go to sleep. Don't forget prepackaged microwave food for the entire family.

It's so easy to mass consume calories when it's liquid form.

yeah id say 90% of my non-alcohol liquid consumption is water and black coffee. most of it is water, since working remotely ive scaled back to 1-2 cups of coffee (in the office id have 3-4 by lunch then swap to only water). rest is mostly juice (tomato or orange mainly) or fruit/veggie smoothies made at home

occasionally i’ll have a soda but prob 1-2 a month. still love a ice cold coca-cola from mickey D’s

nothing better than mcd's coke

since the kid came ive been drinking an insane amount of coffee. i used to wait until i got to work, now i set it to brew a half pot 1 hour before i wake, then turn itself off so its cooled enough that i can chug it upon waking. then i get to work and drink about another pot before lunch.

at this point im not even sure if the caffeine is doing anything.

Oxalates are basically everywhere. Our bodies are good at dealing with them. You have to take a hideous amount to do anything, and even then the worst effect you're usually going to get is intestinal irritation from the crystals acting as sand paper unless you're just trying to overdose.

Phytoestrogens having "difficult to trace effects" is just code for "they've never been shown to have any negative effects but I can't accept that so I have to make shit up"

The same youtube channels that talk about how soy is feminizing also sell brain force bullshit that is 90% soy.

Its different in soy because they leech minerals. Increases the rate of kidney stones by like 10x.

Fermented soy on the other hand IS a health food.
