here's a thought, given the infinite nature of space it's nearly a 100% likelihood that far more advanced beings exist in space, and a high high likelihood they can travel to earth. so things like the pyramid according to Occam's razor are more likely to have been aliens. we have too hard of a time explaining how it was done to suggest our guesses are the simplest answer in contrast to the vastness of space.
