This is an informed consent case, not a gender case.
The doctor made the diagnosis of ODD
before drawing blood for his hypothesis of high testosterone, and the test shows only slightly elevated levels of testosterone, nothing "excessively high".
The doctor had a theory and went searching for a shred of evidence to support it. Then they forced the sex hormone treatment on the kid with coercion, lies and threats.
There's no credible evidence here that his testosterone levels needed correcting or that he had any neurochemical imbalance at all, and indeed the facts of the case point out he was never treated as a threat to himself or others.
