"I have no other talent"

thats the most honest porno actress ive ever heard. usually they go on a 20 minute rant about how they could easily quit porn and be a lawyer or sell their paintings but they do porn because they are a pro body woman who wants to spread positive love (with their unnatural looking fake tits and 2 lbs of makeup that they cry off during the scene).

Only porn stars I've seen who speculated about their possibilities outside of porn was from an HBO documentary and they all said some variant of "It wasn't porn or college, it wasn't porn or law school. It was porn or a trailer park."

Just being hyperbolic.

Personally i dislike the normalization of sex work because it is degrading to the human spirit and the dignity and worth of the individual.

As someone whose beliefs are mostly libertarian, i believe they should be able to do what they want. Pimping and human trafficking isn't good but this isn't that.

For a long time porn documentaries and testimonials were a fixation of mine. i think it was because like most 20 something males u hit a wall of porn where u need to admit it might be unhealthy. so i'd watch the docs and any podcast i could find with pornstars. Sophie Dee's interview on Jeff Leach's podcast alone kept me off porn for a few months.

Never had that. Worst I had was like a month when I found a new fetish and really hit it hard, but then I burned out and went back to normal lol

Any time I see something like that I just roll my eyes. Some people find fulfillment in things wildly different than I do.

You would really roll your eyes at the social work code of ethics then

I can't say I haven't used or consumed or viewed pornography, but its not a positive. It definitely leads to a sexual autism. Also my view on the human body is fucked up enough from doing geriatric health care.

Sex and violence are similar in that we are expected to enjoy them in moderation and the goal posta move to become either more or less restrictive depending on the zeitgeist.

I'll admit that I'm prejudice and look at sex work as something to escape from or to be overcome. I've helped a lot of people get away from pimps and into programs to help people overcome this. I've treated those individuals with unconditional positive regard and met them where they were.

If my daughter grew up to be a sex worker i would know i was a failure to some degree or wonder what I did wrong that she needed validation from men in this way.

i read a paper somewhere about how the only healthy porn to watch is POV porn, otherwise if u get too deep into it you get what they called "3rd party sexual disconnection syndrome" or something along those lines. basically the act of sex will feel disconnected from what your brain usually ejaculates to, that being a man and a woman you're watching from the 3rd party view. its something ive definitely experienced in college, although not to a troubling degree.

So i just heard about this trend of people selling nudes of themselves online via onlyfams. Call me prude but i think this highly innappropriate . I mean sure its fine if you want to be a porn star but it's going to cause problems for you at work and in social circles as it should and you ought to take responsibility for that. What do our resident pardians make of onlyfans?

What I dont understand with cases like hers is how they intend to make a living once they get older.

Apparently, she's not earning enough in the present to build up any savings for the future, has no talents, and the CV is getting worse and worse the longer she stays in the business. Are girls like her planning to live under a bridge when they turn 35 or 40 or whatever the age threshold is where no one will want to watch her stuff anymore?
