That's where you wrong, education & quality of life massively increase -or decrease- intellectual capacity

I'll just assume you haven't got the definition of "intellectual capacity" quite right.

I guess it's easier for you to "just assume" then you won't need to go further, far away, in the dark place where you are completely wrong.

Intellectual capacity is something you're born with. Like height, hair color, etc.

Never ceases to amaze me that the government does next to nothing well and yet people think its a good idea to have them control large amounts of your money.

There's a difference between the amount of brain cells you are born with and the connections & stimulation done in-between them during the whole life.

The connections & stimulation we accumulate over time, in our lives, would be knowledge or experience, but NOT capacity.
