If they had reason to believe Yaniv was behaving inappropriately then they could refuse service. If they were aware that Yaniv was a sexual predator before then they could refuse. But refusing based on trans identity? Nope.
You sign up to do the job u do the job. You don't get to discriminate in the public space.
My ex worked at a salon and many of the girls there only dealt with other women, especially when it came to genital waxing. Waxing some dude's scrotum definitely is not the job they signed up for.
In this case the guy's clearly just a creep looking to sexually harass women. But in all cases such as these, certain concrete facts (such as males and females having different genitalia) need to be taken into consideration even if it shatter's a trans person's delusion and hurts their feelings.
