I think the most likely scenario is its someone like James Wolfe, the senate staffer sleeping with the NYT presstitute. IE someone you've never even heard of, who wasn't involved in real decision making, but stuck around because they were a career staffer and had both a grudge against Trump and access within the white house.

I mean i can't find info on him pertaining to his position at the white house, from what i read said he retired in May... so that would debunk Goomshill's theory...

I juast love that Watkins told all the editors at all the newpapers she worked for about Wolfe, and that she was NOT using him as a source. YET, he was on the Senate Intelligence committee and that was what she was reporting on.

It gets even better... in the NY Times article linked in post #46 we have this...






What a collection of coincidences, Watkins just happens to have a relationship with the one man in Washington who could catapult her to fame, in her chosen reporting topic.

It is of upmost importance that this administration official, and any other official that abides by this policy, resign immediately. You can't have unelected officials implementing policy against the wishes of the President because that is clearly unconstitutional. This is borderline seditious behavior and it cannot stand. While I appreciate the fact that they are being pragmatic about the situation, we are a nation of laws and Trump was democratically elected. We can't evolve as a democracy unless we take full responsibility for our collective decisions. The American people deserve to see Trump's policies in action so they can make an informed decision in the 2018 and 2020 elections.

In my opinion, Congress needs to open an investigation into the administration and remove every single person who engaged in subverting the President. I expect the following to happen: Secret Service will perform an internal investigation of White House staff and there will be mass firings/resignations in mid-October. This may rally Trump's base and could significantly change the dynamics of the 2018 elections which is why he'll wait for another 5 weeks. Ryan and McConnell won't do anything until after the election because they are already in a precarious situation and don't want to rock the boat.
