I'm hoping new Arrested Development is going to be quality like S1-3. It is by far the #1 comedy show for me.

Other than that, I do enjoy Westworld. Also still watching GoT, Black Mirror, Stranger Things and I'm really hoping for a True Detective Season 3. Season 1 absolutely floored me and S2 wasn't bad at all.

Since we're discussing television, Showtime came out with a mini-series on the New York Times called The Fourth Estate. I watched most of the first episode... kind of cool to see behind the scenes.

Probably paid to be made by media giants to convince people the media hasn't been bought and sold, by politicians.

You want to see a decent movie about reporting...ya know, back when the reporters had to have facts before they could write the story.

Spotlight was pretty damn good in recent years. And of course there's also Nightcrawler on the more immoral side of journalism.

If I could wave a magic wand and tally the amount of white-hating racism, misandry, the black nationalists / nation of islam, the silently tolerated black-hispanic reciprocal racism, the antisemitism (and homophobia) among the southern baptists, the first generation hispanic immigrants, muslim-americans and all that cornucopia of people of color which suspiciously no longer includes asians / pacific islanders (but I don't think jew-bashing is rife among feather indians)- how would the scales balance against the white nationalists and handful of neo-nazis left in America?
