Large capacity fuel tanks are a myth!

So they have massive fuel tanks and actually fly at twice the speed to make up the perceived time the flight should take? or? Is it really your theory that commercial jets are capable of flying that much faster and regularly do in order to preserve the myth of a round earth. And on top of that that the commercial airline companies are fine with charging people less than they should for a more expedient flight that requires more fuel than it should? and that pilots don't ever in the history of flying report that they need to fly faster or slower depending on the destination?

Here, I did a quick paint job. It's a flat earth map with 3 lines on it.
Red is flight LA603 - Santiago to Los Angeles. The flight is just over 10 hours long.
Black is flight QF27- Santiago to Sydney. This flight is just over 12 hours.
Green is flight QF27 as it would have to be in order to match reality. Right now the flight goes over the ocean all the way from Santiago to New Zealand.

Visually compare the distance of the red line (10 hours) to that of black or, better yet, green (12 hours).

It's generally called "cruising speed." Yes, they can speed up some and slow down plenty, but generally, commercial planes fly near their "cruising" speed.

so, you believe that pilots, from all over the world, owned by every corporation, from hundreds of countries of origin, all keep the secret that cruising speed is a myth and in actuality they have been alternating their cruising speeds to fool passengers into thinking they are one speed over a set distance when in actuality they are flying a faster or slower speed over a shorter or longer distance?
