Yeah, some are. But don't get discouraged, keep asking questions.
And before your original question in this thread is answered, I think you ought to inquiry about how, if at all, things can be proven as "true". Then once you have a better understanding of this, look at the phenomena of God, and see what conditions would be required to prove/disprove the existence of God.
For an idea of how things are proven true, look into Aristotle's concept of first causes and principles
