So? It was a virgin birth.

No, Sarah was not 9.

Yes, Islam was built through violence, that's pretty well established. Pointing out a random Islamic country in no way changes the fact that Islam was initially spread through conquest.

Almost the entire portion of your faith was spread by conquest also.

So what are you trying to prove?

No, it wasn't, but for the record I'd have no problem with it.

So Central/South America are mainly Christians? That's just Coincidence right? Most of the Native Americans are dead in North America. That is just coincidence too right?

The British expansion and religious wars of Europe are just coincidences as well right?

The death of the Native Americans in N.A. was not the result of religious conquest or inquisition...

The 0 didn't print out when I hit it. I was making reference to "radical" ages. You guys really loved to pick that out as food for thought huh? It doens't change the fact that people got married back in the days when their body told them they were ready to get married.

It was a virgin birth, OK'd by God.

Islam definitely had battles, but to say it was built through violence is just plain wrong, and impossible. You can't spread the word of any religion with violence, it does not make sense. The most peaceful times people had were under Islamic rules, historians agree. There was no offensive conquest, there was defense against aggression. They didn't take any land, they didn't change any laws, Christians lived as Christians, Jews as Jews, this is why some considered it the most peaceful times. And this is why so many converted at the time.

Of course if you read for yourself, and not let others read for you, you would know this. And don't take my word for it, read for yourself.

And here I thought you were talking about Christian missionaries (i.e. those who would actually spread the faith), some of the most prominent of whom were fierce advocates for the natives they preached to :( .

Yes, the Native Americans are dead, what does this have to do with Christianity?

Sure you can, and Islam expanded most rapidly during its first few generations through outright conquest.

Never heard of the missions? The Spanish certainly did their part here on the West coast.

Central/South/North America doesn't really matter when you look at the grand scheme of things. Europe would remain Christian regardless of the "West". And, for the record, religion really wasn't spread through conquest in Europe either--there was legal coercion, to be sure, but not a bloody revolution.
