What exactly is the reason for exclusive focus on Russia? The entire developed world is under birth rate collapse. East Asia's is even worse than Russia's. The future will be populated by Indians and Sub-Saharan Africans. My comment is quite purposefully highlighting the absurdity of the thread. If Russia's going to collapse due to birth rates, so too will we all, so it's a nonsense question. Collapse could happen for other reasons.
