The reason why is because natural aggression has no cure. Can you get counseling and treatment? Yes, but it’s an incurable condition in these people’s brains that makes them this way. You can rehabilitate a drug user. You can’t rehabilitate a naturally cruel and violent person.

Shooting down protestors seems pretty violent TBH. Probably not a great strategy to putter it out

I don’t view it as violent. More like when your dog gets rabies so you take it out back and do the humane thing.

Fun fact: most people do not view themselves as violent and cruel, independently on how fucked up they are. You currently for sure are both, so let's hope for everybodys sake you can be better.
