I've read that this is a Department of homeland security/government contractor doing advanced drone testing, specifically searching for radiation/dirty bomb signatures and to also test how we would respond to them (psyop)
its the internet obviously but out of all the cockamamie theories this one holds the most water. the thread i read which has since been deleted also said this operation would end on Dec 26th so we will see !

I agree that theory does make the most sense. they're getting solid data on what the people will do while testing without losing a single drone thusfar. maybe even paying a few people to go on media to claim they're just misidentified planes to test media trust.

i hope so, far preferable to a foreign power or rogue domestic group prodding for weaknesses.
