Let's take me for an example I'm from Chicago and live in the suburbs 30 minutes SW of the city.

People in Chicago will basically call anyone in the state of Illinois who isn't from Chicago a "hick" or "hillbilly".

These very same people which vote in the millions for Democrats going back FOREVER have had their lives RUINED by that same "Democrat cancer" and yet they still like the mindless slaves they are vote the most incompetent corrupt people into positions of power.

The "FARMERS" that make up the majority of southern Illinois provide the produce, meats, dairy etc. and they aren't as DUMB as Democrats by a long shot. They can actually provide for themselves 100% with no help from the government yet the government wants to tax these farmers into oblivion and they've created all these loopholes that make it harder and harder for farmers to "make a living".

The average Democrat can't even maintain a small vegetable garden in their backyard. Can't hunt. Can't do basically anything. Can't change a tire. Can't generate their own genuine opinion because their whole ideolog is fed to them through their masters at MSM.

Despite farmers being the back bone of any strong nation rich liberal cucks with jobs at a bank/healthcare company/corporate mega-chain think their "above" their "hillbilly" neighbors. Couldn't be further from the truth.

Writing and plot depth has gotten objectively worse for vast majority of what's produced nowadays. I wouldn't care as much about lqbtq themes or whatever if the story being told was actually good and the social themes didn't try to take center stage and crowd out plot depth. HBO's Last of Us IMO does a decent job of it, at least in season one they did.

Most of what HBO produces is laced with these cotemporary themes but they at least tell a good story, with half decent plots. The problem arises when the plot is garbage and shallow and you have DEI themes dominating. You can't fall back on herp derp racism sexism whatever when you tell a shit story.

I tried watching the Rings of Power and i just couldn't even sit through the first episode. Very strong wahman vibes but the plot felt like it was some b-tier produced show. Incredible that it had the price tag it did.
