not only do i understand it, it was the direct basis for my metaphor.
jaling prosecutors and judges = cutting off heads
structural changes = the heart
i have yet to see anyone suggest how he will make targeted prosecuting different to prevent this kind of thing happening again, especially as it would require legislation that is then confirmed by SCOTUS, a tall task.
i have seen a lot of people claiming he should prosecute and jail people, which would likely be illegal if he fixed the whole prosecuting political opponents thing.
but if you have more info enlighten me, what law will be changed? what can trump do even with all 3 houses working together?
Structural changes was what I always meant. Structural changes are what's happening and what Trump has the mandate for. Obviously, everyone who is guilty of conspiracy against rights (Letitia James + others) will be in prison for the rest of their lives.
There are already laws for this, they were just ignored. It's simply a matter of enforcing them. What this requires is
regime change which is what is now happening.
Like I said, these people are guilty of conspiracy against rights + a whole slew of other laws. Laws are
already on the books against this.
18 U.S.C. § 241
Quote
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
They attempted to kill him. Which means death penalty is on the table
