As immigrants accumulate wealth, they like the wealthier natives will want to protect that from the new wave that may be brought in to undercut them, at that point they'll lean econo. conservative. You could look at the early 20th century patterns for example. There was a lot of friction between for example the Irish immigrants vs the newer coming German or Eastern European immigrants.

Most immigrants also generally come from relatively more socially conservative places. South America, Asia even Africa, a lot of countries and people which are pretty against degen social trends that are exported out of the US and western Europe. Those people aren't going to magically be pro globohomo.
