its impossible for me to have an idea of what even 1% of 80+ million people are saying. online you only ever see a very very small % and even then just the loudest ones this goes for both sides and i can simply just not make judgments about millions of people and reserve said judgment for the ones actively saying what you take issue with

It took me less than two minutes to find information that "cloud seeding" doesn't work in a general sense, but can only (and this hasn't been proven) to POTENTIALLY assist a rain making system to MAYBE produce rain a little faster than it would have already done on its own. This is a super ridiculous reach you think that could translate to making a hurricane rapidly intensify, you know what makes a hurricane intensify? Hot water. You know how many gallons of water are in the Gulf of Mexico?
