That's the main issue with politics in 2024. You have adults who pick a side and fight the other side not understanding they are the main problem with society. Worst part is most of these people live within their safe space most of their lives when they ain't at work. They don't understand that all the political spectrum/politicians are bad and bought by corporations. Same with news network/social medias. Why do you think when there's a new trending social media, it get bought right away for a fortune? Because they need to control those too. Information and the source it come from worth far more than the currency used for the purchase because you can use those to control the whole world with ideas and how you want people to behave.

Just look at the Covid fiasco. How many people took the vaccine blindly because coporations managed to convince the mass through all their social networks/social medias/paid influencers that they would lose their jobs and freedom if they didn't take the jab and made record profit from those without any liability. Remember how many Holywood celebrities they used to spread the gospel of the good ole covid vaccine and how you were a traitor if you didn't take the jab? How many people used the same buzzwords they used on tv to divide the Vaccinated/Unvaccinated. It took days to literally brainwash the planet which shows how many NPCS we truly have on the planet. Take a look at PaRD. I've been looking at people profiles/past posts and some users been spending YEARS of their lives simply to talk against trump or his opposition. That time could've been spent in so many betters way to better their communities but nope, for them, it was important that we know daily what been posted on their favorite source of corporate information.

Now when you look at politic, these npcs will easily get baited to pick a side and fight the other side which doesn't solve the problem. The real solution is to disband all political parties around the world and rebuild with honest non corrupted leaders who WORK for the people.

/edit: also need to mention that Netherlands politics are way different, although in my opinion way to influenced by the USA

All this tells me is that Trump is very afraid that Kamala can call out his false bullshit and lies. Why do mics need to be muted? Oh right, because Trump can't control himself and it would make him look bad. Historically mics have never been muted. Only recently, due to Trump's rants and interruptions, were mics muted.

Also, it is not like he has to accept those terms. If the mics were agreed to be muted, he can say he doesn't accept the new change and go back to muted mics. He could even turn it on Kamala and say she should drop if she can't do muted mics like agreed on. Instead, Trump is basically laying the groundwork to drop out, because he is scared.

Harris agreed to taking place of Biden during the Sept 10 debate, basically the same day. Trump is the one that didn't accept it until recently, since he was being called a chicken. Now he is considering dropping out of the debate, for bullshit reasons.
