I'm curious as to what you mean, unless an appraisal needs revisions, an underwriter can't undercut the appraisal without being within fannie mae guidelines. We're talkin residential, right?

For example, if the area has limited comparable and the underwriter/guidelines requires the appraisal to add another comparable, and that comparable brings down the appraised value of the subject property, yeah? Seller/broker has the right to use the appraisal they requested as long as revisions aren't required if I'm not wrong , they can even request another appraisal to be done to see if they can get a higher value.

LMAO is this Jack Smiths case where he tried to swamp drumps defense by making the discovery documents 48 terabytes, then he started crying like a bitch when the judge postponed the trial date indefinitely because of Jack Smiths smooth moves.

They did that in this case too? Feds did exactly that same bullshit tactic in the case against russian entities over the 2016 election before dropping the case. Another prime example of how there is zero accountability for prosecutorial misconduct in america, just more promotions. Heck the trump-russia case pulled andrew weissman for another line in his CV after he suppressed exculpatory evidence in the Enron case with his magic yellow highlighter.

At a minimum naked abuse of the courts like that should just get you barred from ever being a prosecutor again, then your own trial to see if it merits criminal sanction too

The Rittenhouse trial was a prime example on every level, but it pales in comparison to the recent 2 month long Karen Read trial where the police and prosecutors office tried to blatantly frame her.

In the documents case ultimately challenging the legality Jack Smiths special appointment worked, and the government knew that ahead of time.
Every headline about Jack Smith crying about the judge being fair and impartial in an unfair case, retards were just foaming at the mouth about the judge.
Those people are incapable about being objective about anything, it doesn't matter what you say to them because the truth is subjective to them.

You reminded me I needed to look up again what happened with the prosecutors in the Rittenburger case, well Binger and fatso at least. Binger was overtly campaigning for reelection on it at the time and Kraus dropped one of the worst lines in courtroom history with 'everyone takes a beating once in a while'. I looked it up and Binger after losing the election is apparently unemployed as far as I can tell, or at least nothing in the news, though Kraus is still a state prosecutor. I guess it was Binger's baby and everyone else was pulled along for the ride so I guess that's fair.

Democrats drop the ball HARD. Both Trump and Biden could be prosecuted based on mishandling of documents. There is no question, but it's the steps leading up to that where they fumbled.
Sticking Jack Smith on the case was a mistake.
Waiting this close to the election was a mistake.

Just one more blunder for the Democrats and I hope the American people are tired of their games.

Blunder? The case is already on appeals and many experts say that the case will be re-instated and Cannon removed. She is a Trumper judge and has no right to be on the case, and used some bogus claim that will not stick. Appointed special counselors have been used since the Nixon days. Hell, Hunter Biden's case used an appointed special counselor, so that is why they are moving to use this judgement against repubs by throwing out Biden's case. Make sense to me if it can be done for Trump.

Trump's case will be re-instated, and hopefully a different judge, and Biden's appeal will likely be rejected once that happens.
