Marginally, yes, but I highly doubt that it would make a huge difference. There are plenty of comparably poor white and hispanics communities in the US in which crime rates are still significantly lower than in impoverished black neighborhoods, so there's clearly a cultural factor at play. Tldr: glorifying "thug life", gangs and irresponsibility toward one's children and wife just doesn't lead to healthy communities.

Imho, prison and/or drug reform would do more to boost black communities than reparations.

It amazes me how every talk about slavery and reparations leave the jews out of it, are you telling me that (((they))) didn't play a major roll in slavery?
(((They))) literally say that when (((their))) messiah comes each jew will have 2800 gentile slaves, i think its time to talk about jewish reparations...
Maybe if israel got some migrants from african and north african countries they would shed this jewish supremacist mentality it would in fact be a win win, migrants wouldn't have to take those dangerous boat rides to europe and go to the "only democracy" in the middle east instead and who knows maybe the entire situtation in the region would become more peacefull.

Give the blacks free Federal land as reparation compensation. Each family get up to 10 acres homestead. Better than easy money
