As I have stated too many times to count, the case came down to interpreting a law which lays out when a citizens arrest is justified. The judge let the jury decide instead of doing what he should have done and interpreted the law for them.

Again, lunacy not changing your feelings when the corporate media got things so wrong.


Also again, just because the, “Yeehaw is always wrong, even when he is correct” crowd outnumbers me, does not mean what I said is anything but document facts proven in court, or facts about how the court case was conducted, regardless if f your feelings.

EVEN if he committed a crime public citizens are not allowed to physical restrain people. A "citizen arrest" might as well be a myth.

Nobody physically suppressed the kid. They held him at gun point until he charged one of them and tried to take the gun. He was shot for that. That is on video and has been public since before the arrests.

Fender’s claim is equally as bad, because the video of him robbing construction sites was submitted as fucking court evidence.
