I dont need to tell you anything listen to the Current President of the United States of America, Joseph R Biden. The guy that got a record breaking like 90 million votes. No one has ever gotten that many votes before. No one.

That guy is the guy that has the solution. He already did his part, in fact. He got trillions of government dolalrs ready and waiting to be spent by local and state organizations to upgrade infrastructure all around the US including removing lead piping

There are already laws about lead and asbestos in construction. You can't put in new... and you have to replace old, if you do any work on the premises, involving the old lead or asbestos.
As I said... this has been on the books for decades.
