Dems really need to come up with a younger and sharper candidate for their 2024 run. Maybe they can bring back folks like Buttigieg or Yang. Hell even Sanders would be able to hold up better onstage and he is past 80.
Coherent how? Unless you're an idiot and/or a Trump supporter, his responses were not coherent defenses, in the sense of being intellectual defensible. He performed well in front of a friendly audience, and in that sense, his defenses were successful. But they were not coherent in a space where people are concerned about evidence and facts.
You threw out the qualifier of "pure debating wise", and perhaps what you meant by that aligns with what I just said, which is that Trump's defenses are complete bullshit but they can play well in a friendly audience.
I'm left wondering... why aren't normal people more concerned with getting at the truth than playing pundit?
