"Geting rid of a tedious requirement" wich is a certificate each time you want a minor to work, i would say why not if the whole society, businesses are monitored enough.

Yet in US Arkansas i can read that less than 16 years old (which age hasn't been verified, could be younger) can be employed :

Up to six days in any week
Up to than 48 hours in any week
Up to eight hours in any day

Something is already broken here.

and 17 years old:
Up to than 54 hours in any week

This has definitely an exploitation background. And migrants... Wtf is wrong with your guys

In a world where at least one person considers Rachel Levine to be a woman, I guess anything is possible.

I guess undereducated minors can be good manual workers/operators, and can easily be fooled for harder work & low pay. Literally grilling them.

Nowhere else in the bill does it state the requirement to verify age in any other fashion.

Yeah but anyone who supports child labor is also a compulsive liar so they would just say the age is verified somewhere else and leave it at that, even though this state already has issues with children working when there was more checks in place.

open philosophical question, do you know or know of any person who has no job (not a stay at home parent) that lives a "good" existence to your eye?

i know terminally unemployed poor people who are dependents on their parents, friends, and partners. and i know spoiled rich kids who are leeches but also insufferable.

overall can a life of worklessness lead to a "good" existence? whatever good means to you.
