If we're talking about a procedure which would require two interactions with a doctor, and we're able to eliminate one of them in person via a prescription, isn't that reducing the potential exposure?

What if the purpose of the first doctors visit is to determine how far along the pregnancy is?

Isnt this always necessary anyway? How can you determine if a medical abortion is still possible or if a surgical abortion is required without being checked in person by a doctor?

Seems you need to figure out that the pill require nothing more than taking it, in most case.

Like what if 75% of US abortions were before 9 weeks and so on were done with a pill... ?

What difference does it make? So it's three visits, and you're making one a prescription (if feasible) instead of a clinic visit. The point still stands.
