It is suspicious that Biden underperformed Hillary in every place in the country except for places like Detroit and Philadelphia.

He overperformed her in North Carolina, he overperformed her in the Texas metros, and in Maricopa county, to name just a few examples.

It is really surprising to see increased black turnout after a summer with news cycles full BLM, police violence and race riots? I dont think so.
